AS-NEEDED SEPTIC TANK MAINTENANCE SERVICES - RFSQ

The County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide as-needed septic tank maintenance services to one or more septic system services: as-needed and emergency maintenance, pump outs, septic system repairs, effluent and groundwater sampling, with required reporting of septic systems located at County-owned or operated beaches. The selection of Vendors will be based on the qualifications of the firms that submit proposals. Vendors submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must provide proof of training certificates authorized by the manufacturer to service the types of septic systems and a minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years of relevant experience providing services for the categories being requested. The County may require additional minimum qualifications. The deadline for submitting SOQs will be 5:00 p.m., December 23, 2024, however, County will continuously accept SOQ’s throughout the duration of the Master Agreement. REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (RFSQ) FOR A JUSTICE SUPPORT SERVICES MASTER AGREEMENT (JSSMA)

The County of Los Angeles (County) Justice, Care and Opportunities Department (“Department” or “JCOD”) serves vulnerable justice-impacted people and communities and drives forward the Board of Supervisors’ (Board) vision of Care First, Jails Last. JCOD is seeking qualified companies to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide one or more services listed in Appendix E (Justice Support Services). JCOD intends to use Justice Support Services Master Agreement to expand Justice Support Services and seek additional qualified agencies that serve and/or employ justice impacted individuals to enter into a Master Agreement with the County. Utilizing the Master Agreements, JCOD will secure qualified vendors to provide justice support services through the issuance of individual work orders authorized within contract limitations.

The County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide as-needed environmental consulting services to ensure sensitive biological resources are protected at County-operated beaches and in Marina del Rey, and that water quality compliance standards are met for the protection of the environment and human health. Selection of vendors will be based on the qualifications of the firms submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs). Vendors submitting SOQs must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in their field of specialty and a minimum of two to five years of relevant experience performing bird nesting surveys and/or working in marine environments. The County may require additional minimum qualifications. Request for Statement of Qualifications for Community Services Block Grant Program Services

The Los Angeles County, Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) is seeking applications from qualified non-profit community-based and faith-based organizations, and public entities to enter into a Master Agreement with the County to provide Community Services Block Grant Program services to families and individuals throughout the County. To be considered for Calendar Year 2026 funding, Statement of Qualifications must be submitted before the deadline of December 19, 2024 by 12:00 noon, local time. A Proposers’ Conference to discuss the RFSQ is scheduled for October 28, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. Please refer to the RFSQ for additional information about the Proposers’ Conference.
