RFP for Professional Services for Policy Revision (OFD)
The City of Oakland, Fire Department (OFD), is seeking a firm to condense, consolidate, and correct the numerous versions of Fire Dispatch policies into a single-living document. In addition to a printed version, this new set of policies shall be hosted online to be accessed by staff virtually. A mechanism to capture members’ access date and time shall be designed into the project. All policies and procedures shall be in concert with the broader OFD Rules and Regulations. All FDC dispatch protocols will need to be compliant with NFPA, NENA, and APCO recommendations, as part of this scope.
