Proposer and its subcontractor(s) performing prevailing wage work must submit proof of a valid and active State of California Department of Industrial Relations Public Works Contractor Registration pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5. Pending registrations will not be accepted. It is the proposer's responsibility to identify any Prevailing Wage work and fully adhere to all relevant Labor Codes. Pending registrations will not be accepted. All structural welding must be performed under the direct supervision of a City of Los Angeles Certified Welder on site. NOTE: The City of Los Angeles Welding Certificate is not mandatory to submit an SOQs and is only required when conducting welding work. SUBCONTRACTING IS ALLOWED TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. There will be no proposers' conference held for this solicitation.
