Furniture must be ergonomically supportive for older adults, easy to move, durable for high-traffic use, easy to clean, compliant with accessibility standards, and flexible to reconfigure for different programs throughout the day. After delivery and assembly of the furniture, the vendor is required to remove and haul away empty furniture boxes/packaging. The Contractor will need to deliver and assemble all items at the listed location. The awarded Standard Purchase Order will not be subject to a specific time term and/or renewal. The City requests the vendor to do a building walk-through and create a proposal based on size, function, and furniture needs of each room. Proposal must include a mock-up of each room set-up and manufacturers’ name and manufacturer’s product number/identifier for each piece of furniture.
