It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions describe within this RFQ for the provision of diagnostics, repair, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, and maintenance on a scheduled and as-needed basis for the fleet of Chevrolet Car and Light Trucks required by the City of Oakland (City) Public Works Equipment Services Division and Bureau of Maintenance & Internal Services. The award will be for a three-year period with an option, at the sole discretion of the City, to extend for up to two one-year periods. The estimated total dollar amount for any one year will be $25,000.00 annually.
