The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment, including equipment delivery, safety devices, maintenance, repair and replacement each as required to support the crane equipment needs of SMUD. This solicitation will result in a contract(s) for which the Notice to Proceed and all orders will be accomplished by a written Task Order signed by SMUD’s Contract Manager. Services provided under this contract are incidental to overall work being conducted. The availability of the proper equipment and the equipment’s working condition will play an important role in the safe, timely and efficient accomplishment of the work. Therefore, the Contractor’s highest priority is expected to be given to this Contract.
