SB1383 RECOVERED ORGANIC WASTE PRODUCTS PROCUREMENT BROKER SVCS - 790.00 COMPOST

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov The City of Oakland Environmental Services Division of the Public Works Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Recovered Organic Waste Products Procurement Brokering “Brokering Services” and Short Lived Climate Pollution Reduction Act (SB 1383) compliant reporting on the provided Brokering Services to meet the City’s SB 1383 requirement for annual procurement of recovered organic waste products. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period, with an option to extend two (2), one-year periods. The total contract value is estimated to be $250,000.00 inclusive of any optional years if exercised. There will be no guaranteed amount or duration, that will be issued each year.
