This request is for single-user software license automatic renewal subscription for multiple years. Event Data Recorders (EDRs) records crucial vehicle and occupant data before, during, and after a crash, providing objective information for accidents, law enforcement, crash reconstruction, safety analysis, legal purposes, among others. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period with an option to extend an additional three, one-year periods. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
