The City of Oakland seeks to establish a list of prequalified firms and/or individuals to provide professional services in the form of researching, analyzing, strategizing, and identifying grant opportunities and/or providing grant writing services for the planning, design and construction of OPW projects including but not limited to OPW Capital Improvement Programs for Buildings and Facilities, Parks and Open Space, Sanitary Sewer and Watershed and Storm Water program, Electrification and Sustainability, Fleet Upgrade and Replacement, City Housing and Homeless Encampment Effort, City Cleanliness and Beautification Program and other OPW lead efforts and programs established in the City’s Capital Improvement Program. The City is soliciting proposals from respondents with demonstrated experience and success in grant writing, grant management, and providing technical grant assistance.
