The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the existing structure and blacktop area to construct the new recreation center which will feature four multi-purpose classrooms/activity spaces, kitchen, office spaces, gymnasium, stage area, elevator, restrooms, and rooftop garden on the 2nd floor. The City has paid for Planning and Building Department permit fees. The Contractor is responsible to apply for and pay all other trade permits, including the City’s Waste Reduction & Recycling Plan for the Building Permit.
