The City requests that qualified consultants conduct public opinion polling, analyze and report polling results, and develop a community engagement strategy where the City may request voter approval to support one or more public priorities, including, but not limited to: ongoing resources supporting critical services such as affordable housing, public safety, emergency operations, 911 investments, and Information Technology systems.
