It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions describe within this RFQ to seek a qualified contractor to maintain and repair existing electric vehicle ChargePoint charging stations located throughout the City of Oakland (City). The award will be for three (3) year period with no option to extend. The estimated total dollar amount for the length of contract will not exceed $250,000.00. The City makes no guarantee as to the dollar value or orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of multiple contract agreements.
