RFP for E-Bike Reservation Operations - E-Bike Lending Pilot

The Oakland Electric Bike Lending Pilot Program is the culmination of longtime efforts by Community Based Organizations (CBOs), the City of Oakland and the Let’s Bike Oakland! community engagement process as an alternative to traditional bike share, particularly in disadvantaged communities. Contractor will be responsible for managing day-to-day project coordination and operations at their location. Contractor will lead city’s efforts to achieve e-bike accessibility for underserved Oakland residents from East Oakland, Chinatown, Fruitvale/ San Antonio or West Oakland.
