Offerors will be required to provide citywide maintenance and repair services for roll-up doors, sectional doors, fire doors and gates. These services will include but not limited to preventative maintenance services, inspections, and emergency repairs. The City is responsible for approximately 148 roll-up doors and 37 rolling gates located at 36 facilities throughout the City.
