ADA DOOR SYSTEMS SERVICES - 968.00 PUBLIC WORKS AND RELATED SERVICES

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland's Public Works Department with repair and maintenance services for ADA-compliant door systems. The contractor must have certified technicians, all adequate tools and equipment, and thorough knowledge with ADA-compliant automatic doors, automatic main entrance doors, interior swing doors, aluminum storefront systems, sliders, and electrified doors. The Contractor is required to have extensive experience with the following manufacturer brands: LCN, Stanley, Von Duprin, and Adams Rite. Technicians must be available during regular business hours and for on-call services seven (7) days a week. Proposal must include hourly labor rate, overtime labor rate, and any miscellaneous charges. The awarded contractor must include in all their quotes, pro-forma invoices, and final invoices a breakdown of all the charges and material charges must reflect current market rate pricing. Awarded proposer must have an active City of Oakland business license and meet the City’s insurance requirements. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
