NTB PROJECT NO. 1006308 CITYWIDE CURB RAMPS CONSTRUCTION 2023-25

The proposed work consists primarily of field-fit curb ramp construction per City of Oakland Standard Curb Ramp Plans. Upon field layout by City engineer or inspector, Contractor is responsible to achieve ADA compliant ramps. Specific scope includes 240 field-fitted curb ramp installations; 300 SF of retrofitting detectable warning dome pavers; 1,500 LF of concrete curb replacement; 2,250 SF of concrete gutter replacement; 4,000 SF of concrete driveway replacement; approximately 25,000 SF of concrete sidewalk replacement; 5,000 SF of tree root pruning; and other ancillary work shown in the project bid documents.
