SEWER MANHOLE ROACH CONTROL SERVICES - 910.59 PEST CONTROL

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland's Public Works Department with sewer manhole cockroach extermination and control services throughout the city of Oakland. The awarded contractor must use the INSECTA insecticidal coating product on each city sewer manhole. Proposal must have a per sewer-manhole charge. Currently the City consists of more than 3,000 sewer manholes. The City will supply paper quarter section maps indicating exact locations of the manholes to be treated, street names and smart cover locations. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
