LAKE MERRITT CLEANUP SERVICES - 968.00 PUBLIC WORKS AND RELATED SERVICES

The Supplier is to remove debris and floating and suspended vegetation in the lake. The green waste collected must be transported to the Davis Street Transfer Stations and Resource Recovery Complex in San Leandro, CA. No garbage or debris must be left behind in or around the working areas. One service will be required in the Spring season and possibly a second service in the Summer season. Proposal must include hourly labor rate to remove aquatic vegetation/algae/debris. The hourly labor rate must include any machine/equipment run time (if applicable). An estimated dump fee must also be provided in the proposal. Awarded proposer must have an active City of Oakland business license and meet the City’s insurance requirements. Invoicing Requirements: Supplier must include the Davis Street Transfer Station receipt with their invoice(s). Failure to do so will result in delay of payment. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a three-year (3) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
