This RFQ is being issued to enter into Master Agreements with suppliers to provide title and escrow services and any other services necessary, or other work product, as requested by the City. Title Company shall comply with all federal and state laws, regulations, and rules concerning title and escrow services, and title insurance (including, but not limited to, the Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments, Federal Acquisition Regulations System, Federal Transit Administration and Federal Highway Administration regulations, and the Caltrans Right-of-Way Manual).
