Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov The City of Oakland's Animal Services Department is looking for a vendor, authorized reseller that offers a range of animal catch and care equipment and related supplies, which may include but are not limited to: • STRETCHERS • FERAL BOXES • SLINGS • CATCH POLES • ID BANDS • SNAPPY SNARES • LIVE ANIMAL TRAP • SNAKE TONGS • MICROCHIP READER • NETS • FOOD/WATER BOWL - METAL • LEASHES • FOOD/WATER BOWL - DISPOSABLE • MUZZLES • SCALES • COLLARS • LITER PANS • GLOVES • CAT CARRIER - PLASTIC • MULTIPURPOSE FEED/WATER BUCKET • CAT CARRIER - CARDBOARD • POLE SYRINGE The vendor shall provide the City of Oakland with a percentage discount on a Price List and/or Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the products offered. The proposal must include item manufacturers’ name, manufacturer’s product number/identifier, and detailed item description. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a five-year (5) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
