Produce Supplies - 393.00 FOODS: STAPLE GROCERY AND GROCER'S MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland with fresh vegetables, fruits, and milk products and Standards Services as needed for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew three (3) additional one (1) year agreement extensions. The City of Oakland Head Start and Early Head Start Programs offer free early childhood education and care, prenatal education and family services to low-income residents. These programs help prepare children for school from birth to age five. All of our early childhood centers need weekly deliveries of produce and milk to provide fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy for meals and snacks. Deliveries will be made to the central kitchen as needed, and Head Start staff will coordinate distribution to each site. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
