The Contractor will need to deliver and assemble the unit at the listed location. The awarded Standard Purchase Order will not be subject to a specific time term and/or renewal. Please see Bid Packet document for unit and attachment specifications and other important information. Equivalent make and models are not acceptable. The proposal must include detailed specifications of the excavator’s warranty and lead time to deliver the unit and attachments. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein.
