SITE DECOMMISSION & CLEANUP - 909.75 SITE CLEANUP SERVICES

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland's Human Services Department services to decommission one (1) RV Safe Parking site and one (1) Community Cabins site. The work to be performed consists of debris/waste removal and proper disposal, relocation of shipping containers and the breakdown, removal and disposal of the cabins, among other activities. The decommissioning and cleanup for both sites must occur simultaneously. The proposal must include an estimated completion timeline and a lump-sum cost for each site. The awarded Contract will not be subject to a specific time term and/or renewal. Please see the RFQ Bid Packet document for specifications and other important information. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein.
