It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions describe within this RFQ to seek a qualified licensed contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, welding equipment and consumable welding supplies for the performance of work under this contract. Requested services may include but not be limited to welding of ferrous/nonferrous metals, cutting, plasma, brazing, metal inert gas (MIG), tungsten inert gas (TIG), aluminum, sheet metal, and various fabrications, as needed. The award will be for a three-year period with an option, at the sole discretion of the City, to extend for up to two one-year periods. There will be no guaranteed amount or duration, that will be issued each year. The estimated total dollar amount for any one year will not exceed $50,000.00 annually. The City makes no guarantee as to the dollar value or orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of multiple contract agreements.
