HEAD START PROGRAM TEACHING CURRICULUMS - 715.10 CURRICULUM GUIDES

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov The City of Oakland's (COO) Human Services Department, Early Childhood & Family Services (ECFS) Division is seeking bids for curriculum as detailed below in the Scope of Work. HSD-ECFS operates Federal, State and City funded early childhood education program beginning at pregnancy and aimed to promote school readiness of children ages birth-to-five for families who meet income and other eligibility guidelines. Bids must include the teaching curriculum name, edition(s) and all associated costs. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a three-year (3) period. Please see the RFQ Bid Packet document for specifications, requirements and other important information. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
