The City is seeking As-Needed Mobile EV Charging solutions to support its broader EV charging network in furtherance of the City’s Climate Action Plan goal of achieving Citywide net zero emissions. Mobile EV Charging will be deployed across a portfolio of City sites, which could include off-street parking lots and garages at City operations yards, open spaces, or office buildings. The City seeks to select a Contractor that can provide As-Needed Mobile EV Charging technologies for purchase or subscription that the City can utilize for temporary or permanent EV charging needs of light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. The types of sites and charging solutions needs are outlined in Section B and Section C of this Scope of Work (Exhibit B). The solutions chosen will align to best meet the needs of the City for the best value based on the proposals received and the criteria set forth in this Scope of Work.
