The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, tools, and any other item necessary to perform all work related to providing the City of Oakland’s Equipment Services Division with On-Call key cutting and programming services for City owned vehicles, Trucks, and vans. The award will be for a three-year period with no option to extend. There will be no guaranteed amount or duration, that will be issued each year. The estimated total dollar amount for any one year will not exceed $33,000.00 annually. The City makes no guarantee as to the dollar value or orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of multiple contract agreements.
